This is a recipe by Nagi of the Recipe Tin Eats site. She focuses on fast, clever, and creative meals made with fresh ingredients. You can make this delicious Chinese beef with honey and black pepper sauce in 15 minutes! Start to finish. Done deal 🙂
The dish uses thinly sliced flank, rump, sirloin, fillet or any other cut of steak suitable for stir frying. You stir fry the beef with onions and garlic and then add the sauce. I have to say the sauce looks fantastically delicious and is made with honey and several other interesting ingredients. It’s peppery, sweet and salty.
I selected this recipe because it’s quick and easy, as well as delicious. I also love Nagi’s cooking philosophy, the simplicity of her recipes, and the wonderful spirit that she shares in her posts. You’ll also find clear directions, wonderful photographs, and nutritional information.
