Crisps are one of my favorite fruit desserts. You bake a crisp with the fruit on the bottom and a crumb topping. The topping can be streusel, nuts, cookie or cracker crumbs.
In this post, Sally of the renowned Sally’s Baking Addiction site, shares her recipe for Peach Pecan Crisp. She uses a streusel topping with r without nuts. I LOVE to include nuts. This is a dessert best served warm with a scoop of ice cream. Crisps are easy to make, delicious, and fun!
You’ll find clear directions and wonderful photographs. She also includes a link to a gluten-free crisp. Click on the Peach Pecan Crisp link below to see Sally’s recipe.
