This is Becky’s recipe for Cherry Clafoutis. It’s a French dessert that’s a cross between a baked pancake and a custard. Don’t let that frighten you away. It’s really a fairly simple recipe.
This version is Gluten-free and Grain-free. It uses eggs, vanilla, tapioca flour and other ingredients. Becky has very clear directions. After baking the clafoutis, you can let it rest for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
