This is a wonderful recipe for roast chicken with persimmons and sage by Eva of Adventures in Cooking. She uses a persimmon glaze and a spice blend of sage, salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme. The chicken roasts on top of sliced onions and quartered persimmons. It’s the perfect sweet and savory meal for winter!
