This is a recipe from Sue of The View from Great Island. I have become a real fan of both her site and her recipes. I first saw this recipe back in January. Since then I have made the hot version during the winter and the iced version just recently during some 80+ degree weather we had. I love both versions! The tea smells wonderful and is really energizing.
I also like the recipe because it’s quick and easy to make. Sue’s directions are simple and easy to follow. If you’d like a stronger mint taste, Sue has a tip for that too. Click on the Sweet Moroccan Mint Tea (Hot or Iced) Recipe link below to see Sue’s recipe.TBN 300×250 – pos – 4 STARTS
