This is Jennifer’s recipe for Mini Cranberry Chocolate Upside-Down Cakes. They are a wonderful mixture of cranberries, white chocolate and chocolate chips. It’s a great combination of sweetness mixed with tartness. Top with sweetened whipped cream and you have a little piece of heaven.
